Remuneration
The CEO's remuneration level is affected by the CEO being based in the US. Furthermore, the bonus payment to the CEO cannot be deferred.
The performance period for executives included in the current long-term incentive plans are 36 – 60 months. The holding period for executive options is 36 months. Other than the share price development, there is no other performance measure for executive options.
BTS has no formal claw back or malus provision in the executive agreements, however performance gaps will be evaluated and acted upon depending on the size of any deviation.
There was no opposition at the AGM in 2025 against the last executive remuneration proposal. The BTS Annual Meeting is always open to discussion and questions about the CEO and the executives’ pay packages.
